Vacant Lot Listing (regardless of list price)= $2,500 paid at closing
Home Value Under $250,000 = $2,500... Your estimated savings = $3,750
Home Value Under $300,000 = $3,000... Your estimated savings = $4,500
Home Value Under $400,000 = $4,000... Your estimated savings = $6,000
Home Value Under $500,000 = $5,000... Your estimated savings = $7,500
Home Value Under $600,000 = $6,000... Your estimated savings = $9,000
Home Value Under $700,000 = $7,000... Your estimated savings = $10,500
Home Value Under $800,000 = $8,000... Your estimated savings = $12,000
